To enhance our production climate, Ohio has enacted a Motion Picture Tax Credit that provides for a refundable credit against the corporation franchise or income tax for motions pictures produced in Ohio. The term "motion picture," is broadly defined and includes a lengthy list of entertainment content from feature-length films and documentaries to videos, digital media, commercials and videogames.
